Theia Stratus App Version 4.5 Is Now Available

Version 4.5 of the Scynce Theia Stratus app is now available for both iOS and Android through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
As part of the ongoing restoration of the Stratus platform, we've migrated the application to a new database after the previous database became inoperable. This required us to release updated mobile apps and rebuild the backend infrastructure. Because of this migration, all users will need to re-register their account the first time they launch Version 4.5.

While you'll need to register your account again, we're actively restoring user data and saved recipes from the previous system. Some content may not appear immediately, but it will automatically be added back to your account as the restoration process continues.

What to Expect:
-Download Version 4.5 from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
-Re-register your account the first time you open the updated app.
-Your saved recipes may not appear immediately while data restoration is in progress.
-Recipes and other account data will automatically reappear as they are restored.

Accessing Your Recipes While You Wait:
If your saved recipes haven't been restored yet, you can still recover recipes currently stored on your light fixtures.
Simply connect to your fixture and open the Recipes page. If the recipe stored on the fixture doesn't already exist in your recipe library, the app will automatically prompt you to save it to your account. This allows you to continue using your existing fixture recipes while your account data is being restored.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this migration and restore all account data. Thank you for your continued support.

The updated Android app is now available in the App Store. If you’re experiencing any issues, please uninstall the current app and reinstall the latest version.

We’re still migrating the database. If your recipes aren’t showing up yet, don’t worry, they haven’t been lost. Please check back periodically, as your recipes should be restored to your account shortly.

We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with our Firebase server and are working to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, Stratus app users can temporarily bypass the issue by placing their phone in Airplane Mode before using the app.
