Performance Coaching for First Responders | Sharp Performance 05/27/2026

Big things are happening at First Alarm Foundation 🚨

Tomorrow we officially begin our pilot program with Sharp Performance — and the following day we roll out at Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

This is more than a program. It’s a mission to support the mental health, wellness, and performance of our first responders both on and off the job.

Proud of what we’re building. Proud of the partnerships. And even more proud to continue showing up for those who show up for all of us. ❤️🚒🚔
