We’re kicking off with an exclusive bar takeover as Florence-native Jacopo Rosito brings his signature mixology from Séptimo Cocktail Bar behind our bar, serving a limited menu of custom Negronis alongside Merolin Caviar bites.
The Menu:
Mediterranean Negroni: Ford’s Gin, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Cocchi Americano, Tzatziki (Served with a spoonful of caviar)
After Seven: Cocoa Butter Ford’s Gin Infused, Campari, Séptimo Vermouth Blend, Coffee & Orange Oil

In the theme of Negroni Week, DOM’S Brickell is raising a glass and a slice to the bittersweet Italian cocktail. For one night only, Negroni lovers can join Miami’s spirited storyteller, Gio Gutierrez of , for a special edition cocktail-making class celebrating one of the world’s most iconic drinks.
Guests will learn the art of the Negroni and craft two of the beloved cocktails with a twist while picking up tips and tricks along the way. Between pours, guests can enjoy signature pies from Brooklyn-inspired DC PIE CO.. At the end of the evening, guests will leave with a special take-home gift, a little something to keep the bittersweet Negroni spirit flowing long after the last sip. Limited seats available.
Evening includes:
