The Jasmine Project Community Action Network (CAN) is bringing partners back to the table — and there’s a seat for you.
We are gathering community leaders, healthcare professionals, faith-based partners, maternal health advocates, moms, dads & community members committed to strengthening support for families in Miami-Dade County.
In our community, the infant mortality rate remains about 4.8 per 1,000 live births, and approximately 1 in 10 babies is born preterm — a factor closely tied to infant health outcomes.
This work requires all of us.
