🔥 MIDWEEK RECAP | LEADING WHILE BLEEDING

This past Sunday was a special service as we had the privilege of honoring our very own Chief Apostle Lashon Reece and Overseer Senior Pastor Olden Reece on their 28th Pastoral Anniversary. 🎉

We were also blessed by Power House Prophetess Tracy B. Nelson, who delivered an on-time word—not only for our leaders, but for every leader serving in the five-fold ministry.

The message was powerful:

“We have leaders that have led while they bled, yet the oil still flowed.”

Leadership is not always easy.

Sometimes the place where leaders experience their deepest wounds is the very place they have been called to serve.

David understood this kind of pain. In Psalm 55:12–13, he expresses the heartbreak of being wounded not by an enemy, but by someone who was once a companion and close friend.

And sometimes, the ones who cause the deepest pain are the very people leaders have prayed for, worshipped with, encouraged, served, and sacrificed for.

They have prayed when others were hurting.
They have fasted when others needed breakthrough.
They have stood in the gap when others couldn’t stand for themselves.

And yet, sometimes they are bleeding too.

But Sunday still comes.

They still have to preach.
They still have to pray.
They still have to encourage.
They still have to lead.

Even while they are bleeding.

That raises a question we don’t ask often enough:

Who do leaders lean on while they’re bleeding?

Who checks on the one who is always checking on everyone else?

Who prays for the one who is always praying for others?

Who strengthens the one who is constantly strengthening the body?

Because leaders are human too.

They need somewhere safe to heal.
They need people they can trust.
They need prayer.
They need encouragement.
They need moments where they don’t have to be strong.

And yet, somehow, the oil still flowed.

Not because there was no pain.

But because the pain did not have the final word.

Congratulations to Chief Apostle Lashon Reece Overseer Senior Pastor Olden Reece on 28 years of faithful leadership and service. ❤️‍🔥

28 years. Still standing.
Still serving.
Still leading.
Still carrying the oil.

🔥 MIDWEEK RECAP | WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?

This past Sunday, Overseer Senior Pastor Olden Reece concluded our series on the Triuneness of God by teaching us about the Personhood of the Holy Spirit.

The question was asked:

WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?

Overseer challenged us to look beyond what we have often associated with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not simply a feeling, an emotional experience, shouting, or speaking in tongues.

The Holy Spirit is divine and personal. He teaches. He guides. He speaks. He empowers. He comforts. And He convicts.

✨ THE HOLY SPIRIT TEACHES
Jesus tells us in John 14:26 that the Holy Spirit, the Helper, will teach us all things and bring the words of Christ back to our remembrance.

✨ THE HOLY SPIRIT AGREES WITH GOD’S TRUTH
The Spirit of God will never lead us contrary to the truth of God’s Word. His presence brings us into alignment with what God has already spoken.

✨ THE HOLY SPIRIT CONVICTS
John 16:8 teaches us that the Holy Spirit convicts the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment.

Conviction isn’t condemnation. It is the Holy Spirit revealing what needs to change so that we can become who God has called us to be.

✨ THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES US POWER
Jesus said in Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you.”

The Holy Spirit doesn’t just give us an experience — He empowers us to live, witness, serve, and walk according to God’s will.

And perhaps one of the greatest reminders from Sunday’s teaching was this:

THE EVIDENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN YOUR LIFE IS WHO YOU ARE BECOMING.

It’s more than what happens in a church service. It’s what happens in you when nobody is watching.

Are you becoming more obedient?
More loving?
More surrendered?
More like Christ?

The Holy Spirit wants access to every part of us.

🕊️ Surrender your heart.
🕊️ Surrender your language.
🕊️ Surrender your will.
🕊️ Surrender to the Holy Spirit so that He can move THROUGH you.

The question isn’t simply, “Have I experienced the Holy Spirit?”

The deeper question is:

“Is the Holy Spirit changing me?”

🔥 Who is the Holy Spirit?
He is divine.
He is personal.
He teaches.
He guides.
He convicts.
He empowers.
And He desires to work through a surrendered vessel.

🔥 MIDWEEK RECAP | THE NATURE OF JESUS 🔥

This past Sunday, Overseer Senior Pastor Olden Reese continued our series on The Triune Nature of God. We took a look into Jesus Christ—His identity, purpose, and role in our faith.

Overseer began unpacking some powerful truths:

✨ JESUS IS LORD.

Jesus is more than a historical figure or teacher. He is Lord, central to God’s plan and to the life of every believer.

✨ JESUS REVEALS GOD TO US.

Through His character, compassion, holiness, words, and actions, Jesus reveals the heart of God.

“He that hath seen me hath seen the Father.” — John 14:9

✨ JESUS IS THE WORD MADE FLESH.

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…” — John 1:14

Jesus is the living revelation of God—the eternal Word who stepped into humanity.

✨ JESUS IS THE GOD OF OUR SALVATION.

Through His death and resurrection, Jesus redeems, restores, reconciles, and saves. Our hope is found in Him.

✨ JESUS IS THE WAY TO THE FATHER.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6

Jesus does not merely show us the way—He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

As we continue this series, we are challenged to move beyond knowing about Jesus and pursue a genuine relationship with Him. Knowing His name is not the same as knowing His nature, and hearing about Him is not the same as allowing Him to transform our lives.

Do you truly know Jesus—not just what you’ve heard about Him or what others have taught you?

WHO IS JESUS TO YOU? ❤️‍🔥

MIDWEEK RECAP!!

MY GOD! 🔥🔥🔥 This past Sunday, Overseer Senior Pastor Olden Reese preached the roof off!

But before the Word even went forth, he started by asking us some powerful questions:

Who is God?
Do you know your God?
How well do you know Him?

We know that we serve a triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. But Overseer began to open our minds to understand something deeper: we can only serve God to the capacity in which we know Him.

Daniel 11:32 says, “The people who know their God shall be strong and do great exploits.”

There is power in knowing God. Not simply knowing about Him, attending church, or hearing about Him—but intentionally pursuing Him, spending time with Him, learning His character, understanding His Word, and developing a genuine relationship with Him.

So here’s the question for you this week:

Have you taken the time to truly know God?👀

Don’t just know of Him.
KNOW HIM. 🙏🏽🔥

Because the more we know Him, the more we understand who He has called us to be—and the greater our capacity becomes to serve Him and walk in what He has called us to do.

This week, make it your goal to KNOW GOD MORE. ❤️‍🔥
