If you saw our last post, you saw where Sophie started.
Now look at her. ❤️🔥
An 8th grader competing at the Varsity high school level, playing with confidence, aggression and purpose.
These pictures hit a little different when you know how much work went into getting here.
So proud of you, Sophie. Keep going — there’s so much more ahead. 📈

10 YEARS OLD ➡️ NOW. 🥹🏐
This is what DEVELOPMENT looks like.
When Sophie first came to us at 10 years old, she was learning how to hit — building the fundamentals of her approach, timing, footwork, arm swing, and how to attack the ball.
Fast forward to NOW… 🔥
Clean fundamentals. Explosive approach. Aggressive attack. Confidence. Intent.
Today, Sophie is only an 8th grader competing at the Varsity high school level. 🏐🔥
That didn’t happen overnight.
It took YEARS of repetition, coaching, corrections, consistency, hard work, and trusting the process.
We’ve had the privilege of watching Sophie grow from a 10-year-old learning the foundation of the game into the athlete she is today — and the best part?
She’s just getting started. ❤️
This is why we believe in long-term athlete development.
