Your G License opens doors. But the professionals who stand out are the ones who do not stop there.

Our G License Progression takes your armed security certification to the next level. Three courses, one focused path: Advanced G License Pistol, Patrol R***e Certification, and Advanced Tactical — all taught under one roof at a Florida-licensed, state-certified academy.

If you have the license, this is how you sharpen the edge.

The G License Progression is built for security professionals who are ready to advance.

Three courses. One clear path.

Step 1 — Advanced G License Pistol
Step 2 — Patrol R***e Certification
Step 3 — Advanced Tactical

Each course builds on the last. You start where you are and finish ready for more. This is not a refresher — this is the next level.

Want to protect high-profile clients for a living? That career starts with the Florida D License.

Executive protection is one of the most in-demand fields in private security — but in Florida, you cannot work close-protection without your D License first. No shortcuts, no workarounds. It's the law, and it's the standard.

At Charlie Group Operational Academy in Miami, FL, we train future EP professionals with real-world discipline and a Veteran-Owned perspective. Our instructors have done the work. They know what it takes to stand post beside someone whose life depends on your decisions. Loyalty to your client starts with training that doesn't cut corners.

Whether you want to work a venue, protect a CEO, or build a full career in executive protection — every security professional in Florida starts in the same place: the Florida D License.

At Charlie Group Operational Academy in Miami, FL, we train people with the same discipline and standards that guided our service in uniform. Honor, Duty, Loyalty, Integrity — those aren't just words on a wall. They're how we teach.

The D License is your entry point to standard security work and the foundation of any executive protection career. From there, we take you further — G License (armed), CPR, and Advanced Medical Training. Visit charliegroupops.com to learn more about our upcoming classes.
