Nolan House is one of the last few standing historical mansions on Brickell Avenue. It sits just two blocks south of the future home of The Residences at 1428 Brickell. While preserving the exterior to maintain its historical integrity, we completely renovated the interior. Ytech's goal was to create a space that embodies a remarkable combination of architecture, craftsmanship, and innovative technology while leaving a memorable impression on everyone who visits.

Ytech secured a $25 million construction loan from BanescoUSA to expand the historic Nolan House mansion at 1548 Brickell Avenue, establishing its new corporate headquarters in Miami’s Brickell district.
The 1926 estate, one of the last remaining homes from Brickell’s original “Millionaire’s Row,” is being transformed into a centralized hub for Ytech’s operations, bringing design, development, marketing, and sales together under one roof.
