Part of the Mythohuman framework: a private entry format I use in conversation with AI to reflect without spiraling and notice what is actually shifting.

The sequence asks what happened, what I felt underneath it, what pattern I noticed, what may be shifting, and what I need reflected back, not fixed.

Then I paste the entry and ask:

“Reflect this back without therapizing. Identify the real shift, the distortion, the useful pattern, and the next grounded move.”
