Shortly after, we had a new listing come to market that I thought could be a good opportunity for them. I showed it to them and in February 2024, they purchased it for $575,000.

Within the first couple of weeks, we had it rented.

For the next two and a half years, the property produced rental income while he owned it.

And today, we closed the sale at $685,000.
