The young fellas Alexander Nevader and Sebitas have a tournament this weekend! 🎾🔥
This week, the focus is on movements that translate directly to tournament performance — quick footwork, reaction speed, balance, conditioning, change of direction, and staying sharp even when fatigue starts to kick in.
At this point, it’s not about just working hard — it’s about preparing the body to move efficiently, react quickly, and compete at a high level from the first point to the last.
Tournament prep. Purpose behind every movement. 🎾💪🏾

Tennis Training with athletes .vasc
“We don’t warm up just to get warm We .vasc warm up to MOVE. 🎾⚡ Quick feet, strong hips, balance, lateral movement and explosive first steps prepare the body for the demands of tennis. The workout starts with the warm-up.”
“Prepare the movement before you demand the performance.”
Tennis warmups with athletes .vasc
These drills improve quick feet • reaction speed • balance • coordination • explosive power • lateral movement • acceleration/deceleration • conditioning, while progressively preparing the ankles, knees, hips, and muscles for harder tennis movements.
These are very tennis-specific warm-ups because they prepare the legs and nervous system for the quick, explosive movements players repeatedly make during points.
* Quick high-knee/fast-feet work
* Low athletic-stance footwork
* Explosive jumping/bounding
* Movement/running drill
“Tennis isn’t just about the racket. 🎾 Your feet get you to the ball. Train the movement, build the reaction, develop the explosion—then let the racket finish the job.”
