Full circle moment with Susie Wolff 💗🏁 Driven, inspired, and just getting started.

I had the opportunity to work my first Miami Grand Prix with Hard Rock Stadium as part of the Guest Experience team. During the event, I was recognized with my first recognition pin for responding to a medical emergency on site.

A 16-year-old guest lost consciousness near Sections 18-9 and 18-10. I immediately contacted medical personnel, provided assistance by helping keep her cool and comfortable, and coordinated with a colleague who located her parent. I then assisted in safely escorting them to the medical area for further care.

I’m grateful for the training and teamwork that allowed us to respond quickly and effectively. Experiences like this reinforce the importance of staying alert, prepared, and committed to guest safety at all times.
