TEAMWORK ⚡️ The team wins when the team comes first.

SHOOTER 🏀 Shooting is about repetition, confidence, and trusting your shot. It’s seeing the ball going through the net before you release it. Bring a great shooter takes work.

COACH GALE + VOICE OF THE HEAT 🔥
We can’t think of someone more deserving than former Thunder Coach and Thunder Dad, Coach Gale Nelson. He’s been sharing his wisdom with his players, their families and of course, the entire Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization for years. From the first day he walked into Thunder, we knew we were lucky… and now, it’s the Miami HEAT ‘s turn! Because HARDWORK… PAYS OFF! Congratulations to the amazing Coach Gale and his family. The Heat are lucky to have you. REPRES⚡️NT!

The little things you do every day help you become the player/person you are when it matters. ⚡️

The players willing to be taught never stop growing. Being coachable means trusting the people who are invested in your growth and being willing to put their words into action.

Featured is one of our youngest, coachable players Jagger from Thunder Basketball 2036 & 2037 !! The future is bright for this group! ⚡️

Anyone can have one great day. CONSISTENCY is what separates good from GREAT. ⚡️

It’s not just about showing up. It’s showing up with PURPOSE. Know what you’re working for. Know what you’re working toward.

Featured is Gavin from 2032. He knows his purpose.

The results everyone sees are built by the work they don’t ⚡️

INTENSITY ⚡You can see it and you can feel it.
The emotion. The energy. The competitive fire.

Intensity is contagious. Share it.

Featured is Ryan from 2035 who always brings the intensity, whether is celebrating a game winner or locking up on defense.

WORK ⚡Talent gets noticed. Work gets results.

Today, we celebrate the work behind the progress.
Happy Labor Day from Thunder.
