BEAUTIFUL = BE YOU TO THE FULL.
Maybe the definition of beautiful was never about being flawless, desirable, or fitting into someone else’s idea of beauty.
Maybe beautiful simply means BE YOU. Fully.
The most beautiful people are often the ones who have stopped performing.
They don’t need to make themselves smaller to be accepted, louder to be noticed, or different to be loved.
They are comfortable in their own colors.
They speak in their own voice.
They carry their own softness.
They allow themselves to be seen without constantly editing who they are.
Authenticity has a kind of beauty that cannot be manufactured.
Because when you stop trying to become someone else,
you finally become fully visible.
And perhaps that is what beauty has always meant:
Be you.
To the full. 🤍
World is a better place when
Don’t mind me using big words like “quantum leap.” It is the same thing Sufis call Fana, Buddhism calls Nirvana, or Jesus refers to as “The kingdom of God is within.” I don’t care which road you take. As long as you can find your way out, that’s all that matters. Love and peace 🩵
Some unfinished business 🩵 I like to experiment different things when it comes to art and colors. This is my second red piece everrr! The first one was made as a pre-order and this one is purely made with love.
On the road we all lost some things that were dear to us 🩵
Grief is not something to overcome quickly. It is not a
problem waiting to be solved. The pain of grief is the place where love meets the reality of change. The goal is not to forget or stop loving or to move on as if nothing happened. Love does not need to disappear for life to continue. The form may change. But what was real about the connection remains part of you.
Grief teaches something the mind often resists: Everything changes. And still, something meaningful can remain. So when grief arrives, do not ask: “How do I get rid of this?” Ask: “Can I be with this?”
Can I allow this moment to be exactly as it is? Can I feel what is
here without leaving myself? Because even here, especially here, the invitation is the same: Return.
Not away from the pain.
Into the moment where the pain is being held. The heart does not heal
by abandoning what it loves. It heals by learning that love and loss can exist together.
Some people become fragments of the lesson that teaches you not to abandon yourself.
It’s not that you should stop trusting people.
Trust them.
The wound is that you trusted them more than you trusted yourself.
It’s not that you should stop loving people.
Love them.
The wound is that you loved them more than you loved yourself.
And when that scale tips, you start bending.
Quietly.
A little more each day.
It feels like devotion.
It feels like care.
Until one day, you realize you’ve abandoned yourself just to keep someone else.
That is self-abandonment.
The problem was never that you loved too much.
You simply stopped including yourself in the love.
So trust.
Love.
Give.
Be open.
Just never at the cost of leaving yourself behind.
Healing is becoming the person you need.
The one who listens.
The one who chooses you.
The one who takes your hand and says:
“I am not leaving you again.”
Love as much as you can, my love.
Just never past the love you have for yourself.
You are the ceiling, not the floor.
