My name is Meredith and I have three awesome children and a supportive, easy going husband (except when the Miami Heat play.) I work full-time as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and I love it! I am a self-proclaimed busy body and don't ever sit still. It took me a while, but I finally realized that baking is my therapy.... Yes, it relieves my stress! It was not ever my plan to make any profit from my baking, I just made things for showers and parties, because I enjoyed it. Needless to say, that all changed when one of my biggest fans, Nicole, asked me to make her some Cake Pops and insisted she pay for them... So, thanks to Nicole and the rest of my sweets fans I have created more stress for myself... It's a good thing that baking relieves it.
