They’re unionized, unsupervised, and making their own decisions.

A very demanding job
for someone with absolutely no qualifications.
Imagine contributing absolutely nothing financially and still being everyone’s favorite person in the house. 😂
Honestly, babies have it figured out.
And since they’re already busy sleeping, eating, pooping and being cute…we squeeze a little massage, tummy time, movement and play into their schedule too. 🤍

Unfortunately, my back and knees are aging in dog years. 😂
23 years of floor time and apparently Britney was right…
My loneliness isn’t killing me, but the floor might.
Still wouldn’t trade it.

Not everyone understands what I do for a living… and honestly, watching me sit in a ball pit blowing bubbles probably isn’t helping my case.

But I get to play, connect, teach, problem-solve, and help little humans grow.
It may not make sense to everyone, but it makes perfect sense to me.

Meetings are officially 73% better with bubbles. The math is questionable, but the smiles aren’t.

In all seriousness, one of my favorite parts of what I do isn’t just working with kids—it’s getting to teach the adults who love them.

Whether I’m sharing ideas with parents, teachers, or future therapists, I hope every presentation leaves people thinking, “I can’t wait to try that.” Because learning shouldn’t feel like something we have to survive. It should spark curiosity, connection, and maybe a little laughter.

Thanks to everyone who played along, thought outside the box, and reminded me that adults learn through play, too.
