Running is a very basic and Simply sport and your improvement is linear to what you do day-in, day-out! Every run counts, whether you are preparing for a race that is 6 months away or a race that is tomorrow. The run you skip that is on your training program, might be that one run that will get you that Boston Marathon qualification or get you across the finishing line of your next race. RunAdic, was designed with you in mind, the person that loves running and is addicted to it but have a hard time running by themselves, when they travel to a city that they are not familiar with or have a hard workout that you know will be easier if you do it with someone else.
