I've always been transparent about the fact that a few years ago I started using a GLP1 to help with my body optimization goals, and how Rocky Health Inc has helped me lose 125lbs since.

After some significant life changes a few years ago, I had to have a hard look in the mirror when I realized that my Dad died suddenly of a heart attack at the same age that his Dad died, and that scared me a lot.

Has there also been some vanity along that comes with the weight loss since? Of course. I'm proud of myself and the body I have today.

That being said, I also REALLY don't love when people assume that happiness equates only with weight loss. Happiness comes alongside changes in mental health, surrounding myself with good people, finding joy in every day life.

I've recently partnered with the team at to share about their newly launched generic semaglutide which make for a more affordable option for those of you considering a similar journey to mine. The thing I love about the Rocky Health team is the access to their medical team who can help find the right dosage and medication for your goals.

Anyone else feeling extra proud to be Canadian lately? 🇨🇦🍁 It's one reason why it's so important for me to be partnering with local businesses, especially when they make such a difference like does by supporting Canadian farmers ❤️ { AD }

The team has recently curated an all new line of Value Boxes that I am loving, and that you can explore more of at https://trulocal.ca/value-boxes

I recently got the chance to order the "Anti-Tariff Value Box" - which is priced at $279 (with a value of over $350) which includes the below 👇🏻

14 Boneless Chicken Breasts (2x6-8oz, 7pkg)
6 Top Sirloin Steaks (6oz)
7lbs Lean Ground Beef (454g)
6lbs Lean Ground Chicken Breast (454g)

If you cost that out against most grocers those are actually better prices than almost anywhere you'd find, delivered for free right to your door, and the quality is some of the best I've cooked with in a very long time - plus, as you've seen, it's inspiring me to try new recipes I haven't cooked in years 😋

So if you're able to, why not help me support local Canadian farmers, and place your order today ❤️

Head to https://trulocal.ca/get-started/promo/DANIEL4500/ to enjoy $75 off your first Mega box, $60 off your first Family box, or $30.0 off your first Starter box. Some restrictions apply.

I promise you're gonna love it babes 💕
