Yes!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Been a little quiet over here lately… but one thing about horse girls? We always come back tougher. 🖤
This last year brought a lot of hard things, heartbreak, and some losses that honestly change you forever. Losing one of the great ones this last November reminded me just how much these horses carry us through in life — in and out of the arena.
Because the truth is, for a lot of us, horses are more than a hobby.
They’re our peace.
Our drive.
Our escape.
The reason we keep showing up even when life gets heavy.
The great ones are the reason Maks Magic exists in the first place.
This brand was built through long nights at the barn, hauling to races exhausted, chasing dreams, fighting through setbacks, loving great horses deeply, and wanting products that truly helped them feel and perform their absolute best.
And honestly, I think the resilience these horses build in us deserves a little credit too.
Because competitors know:
you learn how to fight a little harder after everything you survive with a good horse beside you.
Somehow, even through all the chaos, this little business kept growing because of you guys.
So genuinely, thank you.
For supporting this dream.
For supporting a small business built by someone living the same horse life you are.
And for believing in products inspired by some truly incredible horses along the way.
We’ve got some amazing things coming next, and I can’t wait to share them with you guys.
Because if there’s one thing I know for sure — great horses build resilient women, and both deserve products made by someone who truly understands what it takes to keep going. ✨

🙏😡🙏 let’s do something to stop this!!!

It’s been just over a week since Cody Roberts was sentenced in the horrific Wyoming wolf cruelty case—but wolves and wildlife will continue to pay the price.
After Roberts abused and killed a young female wolf in a case that sparked international outrage, Wyoming’s response was a sweetheart deal: 18 months of supervised probation, a $1,000 fine, and a suspended prison sentence that lets him avoid jail time altogether. The judge called the crime “cruel” and “disturbing,” but the outcome still sent a clear message—when the victim is a wolf, accountability comes cheap.
This offensive deal signals that even the most shocking cruelty can be negotiated down, softened, and absorbed by a system that has long treated wolves as disposable. In Wyoming, where state law allows wolves to be killed by almost any means (year-round) in much of the state, this case exposed exactly how weak wildlife protections become when cruelty is treated like an exception instead of a warning.
A sweetheart deal like this does not just fail one wolf. It tells the public, lawmakers, and future abusers that wildlife suffering is still negotiable.

💜💜💜
He didn’t have a car.
He didn’t have a credit card.
He was living in a makeshift garage.
In every sense of the word, he was a starving artist.
In the late ’90s, Mark Ruffalo wasn’t a star yet. He wasn’t the face of a superhero. He was just a man with a huge dream… and very little proof he could actually make it.
And then she came into his life.
Sunrise Coigney.
They met in 1998, on a street corner in Los Angeles. He was struggling just to get an audition. Living day to day. No security. No promises.
Most people would have seen him as a failure.
She didn’t.
She saw something you can’t buy and can’t teach: a soul.
Mark has spoken about it openly:
“I was living in a garage… and she told me: I know you’re an actor, and I know you’re going to make it.”
She believed in him more than he believed in himself.
Their bond was so strong that Mark soon asked her to marry him.
And she said no.
Not because she didn’t love him.
But because she knew that love alone isn’t enough.
He didn’t give up. He kept working—on himself, on his dream, on their story.
When he asked again, she said yes.
They got married in June 2000.
It seemed like the beginning.
But it was only the beginning of the test.
Shortly after, as their life was finally taking shape—and as Mark landed his first major role in You Can Count on Me—came the news no one is ever ready to hear.
A brain tumor.
It was 2001. Their first child, Keen, had just been born.
And he didn’t tell her right away.
For weeks, he kept it inside. Not to ruin their happiness. Not to break that moment.
When he finally told her the truth, Sunrise didn’t fall apart.
She became his strength.
The surgery left deep scars: facial paralysis, hearing loss in one ear, fear. So much fear. Mark thought his career was over before it had truly begun.
And in those dark months… she stayed.
By his side.
Always.
She helped him get back up. To heal. To believe again.
While he withdrew from the world, she held everything together.
Then, slowly, the light returned.
His career took off. Films, success, recognition. The world began to know his name.
But they made a different choice.
They stepped away from the noise.
They moved to a farm in New York State, to give their children a normal life. Their family grew with Bella Noche and Odette.
Sunrise, who had her own career, took a step back.
She chose family.
And Mark has never stopped saying it:
“The woman I married is a hero. She’s the one holding everything together while I pretend to be one.”
Today, after more than twenty years of marriage, they’re still there.
Standing.
Together.
They’ve been through poverty.
Illness.
The pressure of a world that is always watching.
And they never let go of each other’s hand.
Because some stories aren’t born perfect.
They’re born real.
And when someone believes in you… even when you can’t… it can change your life.
Forever.
