My little dog just turned 18 today… 🥹❤️

Rescuers thought they might be too late…

A dog was lying motionless in the middle of the road, so weak she couldn’t even get up when someone approached her. But the second a rescuer knelt beside her, her tail started wagging like she’d been waiting for someone to finally stop ❤️

Had to say goodbye to my 14 yr old boy Rufus he was ailing so much x heart broken x but he’s home with my cats who have also gone over the rainbow bridge 🙏

Today is a heartbreaking day for me. My dog passed away and is gone forever; he just couldn't win his battle against cancer😞

I never know how long I will have with this special boy. He's the first and oldest dog like himself that we know of. Every single day is a blessing. He is thriving and not showing any signs of aging yet, but he's getting close to 8, so it's something I always think about. I hope I have another 8 to go, but you never know! So we enjoy what we have!🥰

Today is my birthday, but I haven't received a single wish. Maybe I've been forgotten...😞
