Capt Charlie Ellis and Capt Todd Malicoat have over 40 years of combined fishing experience chasing and capturing fish all over the globe. From Miami, FL to Tsukiji Japan, Gulf of Mexico to the Philippine Pacific the lure of big game sportsfish is their drive. The Marauder crew prides themselves on friendly customer service focusing on education, and working hard to catch the best fish. Miami offshore fishing requires anglers to master a variety of tactics including kite fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, deep dropping, reef fishing, vertical jigging, and more. Team Marauder prefers to use live bait whenever possible, but also enjoy jigging and popping artificial bait when the seasons allow. Catching live bait on a daily basis is part of the cycle of life approach that precedes a great fishing trip. Trip of a lifetime. Pelagic Triple Crown of Fishing. Thanks Capt. Nick Stanczyk for making it happen right down to a coinflip. 18 Roosterfish, a dozen yellowfin tuna to 24 lbs., an epic houndfish, and a helluva great time fishing. Trolled 20 hours in the deep blue depths of the Pacific without raising a billfish, but still feeling pretty lucky. Can't wait to get back to Zancudo Lodge Sport Fishing - A beautiful place with great hosts.

We fished in the 5th annual Zancudo Lodge Sport Fishing Pelagic Triplecrown, and caught a bunch of tuna and roosterfish to win the tourney in a series of very fortunate events. More photos to come soon. Thanks to for helping setup the trip, and Greg and Goldine for being excellent hosts.
