When an imaging system moves like this, there is a reason behind it.

The Siemens Artis zeego is a robotic angiography system designed to provide exceptional positioning flexibility for advanced image-guided procedures.

Its multi-axis robotic C-arm allows the system to adapt around the patient and procedure, supporting applications across interventional radiology, interventional cardiology and hybrid surgical environments.

That flexibility can translate into:

• Greater freedom in system positioning
• Improved patient and procedural access
• Support for complex interventional workflows
• Advanced 2D and 3D imaging capabilities, depending on system configuration
• More efficient use of space in hybrid and interventional rooms

And there is another story behind the system you see in this video.

Our team at First Medical International handled its de-installation. After the appropriate technical inspections and evaluation, the system was successfully sold to its next owner.

From de-installation and technical evaluation to equipment sourcing and sales, we work with advanced medical imaging systems like the Siemens Artis zeego.

Before determining the next step, a structured technical evaluation can help identify the source of the fault, assess the condition of key components and define the appropriate repair scope.

At First Medical International, our technical evaluation process focuses on understanding the problem before moving forward with an intervention.

🔧 Fault identification
🔍 Technical inspection
⚙️ Component evaluation
📋 Repair scope assessment

Repair feasibility depends on the equipment condition, technical findings, parts availability and the scope of work required.

Have a system or component that needs evaluation?

Send us the equipment model, observed fault and any available technical information so our team can review the case.

A successful medical equipment de-installation begins before the first component is removed.

This 2012 Siemens YSIO F Rad Room project in Westchester, Miami, FL required a coordinated approach to safely disconnect, dismantle and prepare the system for removal from the site.

The process includes reviewing access conditions, identifying and organizing system components, managing electrical and mechanical disconnections, protecting parts during handling, and coordinating the equipment’s exit from the facility.

For imaging systems, proper de-installation is especially important because the condition, identification and handling of each component can directly affect what happens next — whether the equipment will be relocated, stored, refurbished or prepared for resale.

First Medical International provides medical equipment de-installation and installation services in Florida.

Removing or installing medical equipment is not simply a matter of moving it from one location to another.

Each project requires a clear understanding of the equipment, the access routes and the technical conditions of the site.

At First Medical International, we coordinate the different stages of the process:

✔️ access planning
✔️ equipment disconnection
✔️ controlled disassembly
✔️ positioning
✔️ reconnection and
✔️ coordination with the professionals responsible for the facility.

Reviewing these details in advance helps the work move forward in an organized manner and allows potential site limitations to be identified before the equipment is moved.

⚠️ This service is available exclusively for projects located in Florida.

A surgical microscope should be evaluated as a complete system—not only by its model or external appearance.

The Leica M520 F40 Base Surgical Microscope is incoming stock. Before incorporating a microscope into a clinical setting, it is important to review its optical configuration, illumination, binoculars, controls, mobility, positioning and included accessories.

The intended clinical application must also be considered, along with the scope of refurbishment, to determine whether the system’s final configuration meets the technical and operational requirements of the facility.

Contact First Medical International to request information about the confirmed configuration, availability and estimated shipping time.

Final configuration and included accessories are subject to confirmation.
