🏝️ On the Sunset Islands — one of Miami Beach's most private, gated waterfront enclaves — this Mediterranean estate opens straight onto the bay.

⚒️We answered the setting with a pool built entirely in Venetian-style geometric mosaic: a radiating medallion at its center, concentric bands carried across every plane. These Roman inspired designs are timeless and applied symmetrically to this pool vessel with perfect balance.

✨ Work like this only happens when design, manufacturing, and installation live under one roof — which is still why so few can attempt it, and fewer still can finish it.

The artisanal installation by our in-house craftsmen features a flawless spill over spa, all completed with our mosaic tesserae. We are grateful for trusting us with his newly completed outdoor living oasis.💫

✨The iconic Architectural Digest — one of the world’s leading design authorities — just featured the stunning Brazil-inspired Miami Beach home of David & Isabela Grutman.

Set in the city of Miami Beach, the residence sits directly on the cusp of the waterway, its architecture and landscape designed to dissolve the line between the house and the water beyond.

For the featured koi pond, we developed a custom pebble-series glass tile in a color calibrated specifically for the living environment. Koi are highly sensitive to light wavelength and contrast — a substrate tone that’s too pale or too reflective elevates stress response and can suppress natural coloration over time. The glass tile’s deep, low-reflectance hue mimics a natural pond bed, supporting the calmer water conditions koi need to thrive.
