Últimamente, siempre salgo de clase con algún dolor nuevo, pero incluso esa sensación me invita a detenerme y a reconocer con gratitud todo el tiempo que ha pasado…🕰️

Abrazar el paso de los años también puede ser hermoso y hoy valoro más que nunca la valentía de seguir bailando, con el cuerpo que tengo, justo en este momento de mi vida. 🦋
