We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team at our Midland office.

Compensation: $42,000 annual base salary plus commission and a $400/month vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting for new customers, developing relationships with existing and potential clients, meeting with customers to identify their security and life-safety needs, and preparing proposals, contracts, and other paperwork. Services include fire alarm systems, security systems, cameras, and access control systems.

The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently. Outside sales experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Aprotex is a family-owned business that has been a forerunner in the fire and security systems industry since 1952. We install, repair, test, and monitor fire alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, card access systems, and security cameras.

Hours

Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 –5:00. The position offers some flexibility in scheduling, but occasional early morning, evening, or other after-hours customer meetings may be required.
