JUST IN: Midland ISD Trustee Brandon W. Hodges has retained a Houston attorney to pursue a pre-suit discovery petition and file a complaint against Midland County Judge Terry Johnson for allegedly sharing a private citizen's identifying information online last weekend, per a press release.

One would think a sitting County Judge would choose resignation over felonies and public ridicule.
Apparently not.
Pressure continues to mount on Corrupt Midland County Judge Terry Johnson following clear allegations of identity theft under Texas Penal Code §32.51. Releasing a private citizen’s Social Security number and date of birth from a system under his office’s control is not a “mistake” — it’s a state jail felony.
“He needs to be prosecuted.”
