Double Diamond Equestrian Center in Midland, Texas is looking for dependable, hardworking Barn Team Members to join our team!

We are looking for individuals who are experienced with horses, have a strong work ethic, and are comfortable working in a busy equestrian environment.

🐎 HORSE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
🏆 Horse show experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities include:
• Feeding and watering horses
• Cleaning stalls, pens, and water buckets
• Turnout and bringing horses in
• Safely handling horses
• General barn and facility upkeep
• Assisting with daily horse care
• Other barn duties as needed

This is a hands-on, physical, outdoor position, so applicants must be prepared to work in Texas weather and be able to safely perform the physical requirements of barn work.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, responsible, hardworking, comfortable around horses, and ready to be part of a team.

Pay is determined by experience and ability.
