Essentially Chris

You loved our last weekend recap, so here’s another one! ✨

Saturday ⬇️

A total MUCH NEEDED switch-up with one of my favorite girlies Taylor Chere | RVA Hair | RVA Salon | Educator at Eudora Salon Promenade at Winterfield , followed by the GRAND OPENING of Fresh Squeezed Lemonade || RVA … SURPRISE… THEY’RE CARRYING OUR ITEMS IN STORE! 🍋 Did a little self care shopping at HoneyBloom Co. . Then I got to teach an Essential Oil 101 class at One Rose Decor, LLC with the absolute sweetest person. I seriously love getting to share what I’m learning and what I’m passionate about with others.

Sunday ⬇️

The rain could NOT stop the loyal Lakeside shoppers, and y’all SHOWED UP! 🥹 Thank you Twisted Carrot Farm and Market | Lakeside Farmers' Market for hosting such a great market.

It was officially one of our BEST-SELLING rainy-day markets EVER. Like… what?! I literally went home and cried happy tears. 😭💚 PLUS, I got to shop small with some friendors, which is always a win! Cedar & Saltwater Co | Sticker and Accessories Shop The Bookmark and Elisabeth 🛍️✨

In between all of this I busted open some WNBA trading cards like the nerd I am and finished a page in my dot coloring book. 🏀🎨

And listen… for my overwhelmed/anxious girlies, this coloring book is a LIFESAVER. Sometimes you just need to sit down, make some little dots, and let your brain be quiet for a minute. 🥹🫶🏼

What a freaking weekend. 🧡🎃

You weren’t part of our plan, but somehow, you became the best decision we ever made. 🤎

They say you can’t buy love… but you sure can adopt it. 🐾

Everyone, say hello to DOTTIE! 🐶💕
A new addition to the EC family and our newest market pup!

We can’t wait for you all to meet her!

(and yes, Lucky is giving her just the perfect amount of extraness as he possibly can, definitely showing that only dog syndrome) 😅

Weekend Recap 🍂

A little nursery wandering at Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping for some pumpkin pickin’, fall plant finding and soaking up all the autumn vibes 🎃

A cozy book tour through Richmond hosted by the best | sweetest owner of The Bookmark - because is there anything better than wandering through bookstores with a good cup of coffee in hand?

Cutesy date at Brambly Park 💕

And, of course, we had to wrap up the weekend with a stop at our favorite candy shop in RVA Trolley Car Sweets and Treats 🍬 because every good weekend needs a little sugar! 😋

Pumpkins, plants, books & candy… honestly, we couldn’t have planned a better fall weekend.

🏈🐾 We’re a BIG football family over here! 🐾🏈

So when we got this adorable pet jersey from Chewy.com, let’s just say we were OBSESSED! 😂🏈💙

Our little football fan is officially ready for game day!

Now we want to know… WHO’S YOUR FAVORITE COLLEGE OR NFL TEAM? 👀👇 Drop your team in the comments! ⬇️

🍂✨ WE’RE SET UP

We will be at Jolene Family Winery until 4 PM.

We’ve got NEW products, returning favorites, and a little bit of everything for everyone! From aromatherapy goodies to natural home + body products… there’s plenty to browse, smell, and fall in love with. 🌿💚

Come say hi, shop small and support local.

That feeling when a customer shows up BEFORE the market even starts just to grab her favorites before anyone else does. 🥹💚✨

THIS is why we do what we do.

We absolutely LOVE hearing things like:

✨ “Oh, I’ve bought your items at a local store!”
✨ “We got these as gifts and we NEED more!”
✨ “I follow you on Instagram!”
✨ “I’m so glad you’re here!

There is something so special about knowing our products are making their way into your homes, being gifted to your friends and family, and that you’re actually following along with our little small-business journey. 🥹
