• Same-day sick visits, with no copay for included visits
• Body composition analysis every 90 days
• Blood drawn in our office, no draw fee
• Ear wax removal, wart freezing, skin tag removal, and EKGs in the office
• Kids from age 2, with a family maximum
• Your care team answers the same business day

Your provider is Danielle Braithwaite, FNP-C, with more than 15 years of experience. She listens carefully and takes time to explain.
