Yesterday, we spent time outside, created team flags, designed medals celebrating our strengths, and put our teamwork skills to the test with a game of Floor Is Lava.

Our Tuesday/Thursday Enrichment Track is officially FULL and adding families to our wait list, but we have a few remaining spots in our Monday/Wednesday Academic Track (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for K–9th grade students!

What a wonderful week at Nature Camp!

We spent the week exploring outdoors, creating nature inspired projects, planting, making new friends, and enjoying all that nature has to offer (even with all the rain we had!) Thank you to our amazing campers and families. We had so much fun and can't wait for our Olympics Week August 3rd-6th!

Day 2 of Nature Camp was another great day of exploring! We enjoyed the weather by taking our snack outside, spent time creating nature-inspired projects, and continued discovering all the amazing things the outdoors has to offer. It's been so much fun watching curiosity grow!

Nature Camp is off to a great start!

Yesterday we explored the outdoors, created our own nature journals, and spent time observing the world around us while discovering different textures in nature. It was a fun first day filled with curiosity, creativity, and fresh air. We can't wait for more adventures this week!

As we put the finishing touches on our schedule for the upcoming school year, we have just a handful of openings left in our dedicated homeschool programming at Beacon RVA!

Get ready to explore! Our Nature Lab Summer Camp kicks off next Monday, and we are putting the final touches on an incredible week of outdoor discovery, hands-on science, and creative engineering.

When: Monday 7/20 through Thursday 7/23, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Who: Ages 5 - 14! Perfect for curious explorers, young scientists, and kids who love discovering how the natural world works.

Yesterday we let the wild rumpus begin!

After reading Where the Wild Things Are, our campers were crowned kings and queens of the Wild Things and used their imaginations to paint beautiful forests and monsters inspired by Max's adventure. We wrapped up the day with our own Wild Rumpus dance party, stomping, roaring, and celebrating just like the Wild Things themselves!

We can't wait to put on our detective hats for Sherlock Holmes Detective Academy!
