Due to this morning’s weather, we’ve decided to postpone yoga at the VMFA until next Saturday, the 10th. While the rain may hold off, we want to play it safe and make sure everyone has the best experience possible.

All tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. We’re looking forward to seeing you next Saturday.

Peru Retreat 2026 🙏🏼⛰️💓🌈🌿☀️

It’s hard to find the words to describe the magic we shared on this incredible adventure. Together, we experienced unforgettable moments, formed new connections, and deepened meaningful friendships. We hiked above 17,000 feet, explored ancient ruins, practiced yoga, moved and breathed, and—most importantly—reconnected with ourselves and one another.

My heart is full of gratitude for these adventurous souls and for the memories we created together. 💓

Our Peru retreat has been amazing so far. The yoga, the adventures, and the Peru retreat crew are the best!

Another amazing weekend of teaching yoga and mindfulness at with . Riverrock is such an awesome festival and I am grateful to teach here for my 4th year. There isn’t anything better than an outdoor community yoga class and the opportunity to reset and ground. So much gratitude to everyone who came out and shared their practice with us.
