Summer has been summering over here. ☀️⚾️

I realized I haven’t shared many of my recent “Under Contract” or “Just Sold” posts, and it’s definitely not because things have been slow. It’s because I’ve been trying to soak up these last few weeks of summer with my boys. Going to camp part time has given us slow mornings, extra adventures, and memories I know I’ll never regret.

Finding the balance between being present for my family while still showing up 100% for my clients isn’t always easy, but I’m thankful every single day that I get to do both.

So here’s a little shout out to all the working moms and dads out there doing their best to juggle it all. ❤️

School starts in just a few weeks, and while I’m excited to get back into a routine, I’m definitely a little sad to see summer come to an end.

To every client who has trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of your life, thank you. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or starting a new chapter, it truly means the world that you chose me to be part of your journey. I can’t wait to celebrate all of these recent closings with you! 🏡✨

Can you believe in less than 5 weeks our kiddos will be back in school?? We kicked our summer off with a huge bucket list trip- Dodger Stadium! (We squeeze in Disneyland, universal, and The Angels Stadium too!) What’s left on your list to do before summer comes to an end??

Unplugged for a few days and it was good for the soul! No cell service and no bathrooms! The boys loved it! It reminded me how thankful I am for air conditioning and a comfy bed! But already looking forward to next year!

I had the opportunity to brag on Mike and share with him just how proud of him I was as he enters his seventh month in real estate

Most of you know Mike is one of my best friends, and when he first started thinking about getting into real estate, we talked a lot about it. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Mike already knew firsthand how crazy this business can be because he was a client of mine in 2022. Him and his wife wanted to write in their offer that they would pay the purchase price no matter what it appraised for, and let’s just say I lost a lot of sleep over that one. Thankfully, it appraised!

From the very beginning, even before he was licensed, Mike has done every single thing I’ve asked him to do. He was never a big social media guy, but when I said it was time to make an Instagram, he did it. He definitely had never done live videos, but when I told him to go live at his open house, he said okay and did it.

That “I’ll do whatever it takes” attitude has definitely led to his quick success. With $2 million closed and a lot more pending, it is no secret how proud I am of him.

Congrats, Mike! So excited to keep watching you grow!

I blinked and my baby turned 6 today! No idea how 6 years have flown by but if you’re here you’ve probably watched grow up through pictures! It’s not secret he’s usually not as outgoing as his big bro, I always joke and say he got my Dad’s name and Jase got his personality! Tucker is really goofy at home around his people, his earned the nickname grandpa because most days it feels like he’s moving in slow motion, especially when we need to be somewhere! He loves baseball, music and anything his brother does! (And his new personal favorite, Bo- the teddy bear!) He’s kind and a jokester and I’m so lucky I get to be his mom!

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

We spent the day unplugged, staying cool, and soaking up some family time. Now we’re attempting CarMax Park tonight for fireworks!
