It’s no secret that raising boys is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. There’s this intense responsibility to raise good men, the kind of men their future spouses will one day be thankful for.
I want them to be kind, but know how to stand up for themselves. Brave and tough, but never afraid to share their feelings and communicate. Willing to try new things, but always confident enough to stay true to who they are.
These two are my whole world. I hope one day they remember how hard their mom worked to give them the very best life and maybe forget all the times I lost my patience along the way. 😂
I hope they always want to snuggle with me. I hope they keep holding my hand for as long as they’ll let me. I hope I always get those big squeeze hugs. And I hope that no matter how old they get, they still look for me in a crowd of people.
Because I will always be there.
I will always show up for them. Every single time. 💙

No clue how this sweet girl is 13 today!! How am I old enough to have a 13 year old?! 😂🐾

It’s no secret Marlee has been the very best dog ever. My dad used to always say, “You’ll never get another dog like her!” and he was absolutely right. ❤️

She is sweet, so lovable, never barks, and is happiest just being around her people. She has been by my side through so many seasons of life and I truly can’t imagine our family without her.

A few weeks ago, I had some of the kindest people close! ❤️
You ever meet people and just instantly know they are GOOD people? That’s Dustin and Stephanie.
And not only do they go all out decorating for Christmas, which means they are going to fit right in here in RVA 😂, but they decorate for Halloween too and have already promised my boys a front row seat!
I’ll share their address as we get closer so y’all can drive by and check it out. I’ve gotten a little sneak peek and it’s one of those super fun displays that syncs to music! 🎃👻🎶

Fall ball, pumpkin patches with the boys, apple c***r + donuts, backyard catch before dinner and a firepit full of s’mores… sign me up for all of it.

Fall is one of my favorite seasons, even when it feels like we’re running from baseball field to baseball field. These are the days I know I’m going to miss one day.

Life lately 💙⚾️🏡
The boys and I have been having SO much fun lately and we are officially in the thick of baseball season! Between practices, games, school, work and everything in between, our days are full and I wouldn’t trade these memories with them for anything. Life has definitely been lifeing lately 😂 but one thing I have been reminded of over and over again is just how lucky I am to be surrounded by some truly incredible people. Friends, family, clients, baseball people, my village… you all mean more to me than you probably know. ❤️
And somewhere in between all the baseball and chaos, the real estate market is still alive and well! 🏡 I’m still out here helping people buy, sell and figure out what the heck this market is doing. 😂

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸
We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders and everyday heroes who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
Home means so much more than four walls. It is the people we love, the memories we make, and the place where we feel safe.
Today, we honor those who never made it home and hold their loved ones close in our hearts.

Today was for slowing down a little, soaking up the last bits of summer, and spending time with the people who make life the sweetest. ❤️

I’m so thankful for a career I love, the amazing people I get to serve, and a community that continues to support my business year after year.

Whether you spent the day at the pool, on the water, at the ballfield, grilling out, or just enjoying a quiet day at home, I hope you had the best Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

It’s no secret we’re in a hard season of life managing two boys and three baseball teams, and some days the chaos feels nonstop. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Baseball has given us so much more than busy evenings and packed weekends. It has given us a community filled with some of the very best families in Chesterfield, and I’m so grateful for the friendships and memories being made along the way.

And maybe that’s one of the things I love most about both baseball and real estate. It’s all about community. The people you meet, the relationships you build, and the place you get to call home. 🏡

In the middle of all the chaos, that’s something worth smiling about.
