Rolling into the weekend like… ☀️ yesterday was a gorgeous day to hit up the Hank Aaron! We hosted two ride times this month with the helping hands of Marquette’s Occupational and Physical Therapy student volunteers!! Thank you students!!!! 🚲 💨

It’s official, Cycle Forward hit the trails!!! We took full advantage of the beautiful weather last week and did our first outdoor ride on the iconic Milwaukee Lakefront. Join in on the fun, rides take place the second Thursday of each month! ☀️

💥April Ride💥 featuring CrossFit who hosted us for an awesome collaboration event which gave our cyclists the opportunity to try an adaptive CrossFit workout after their spin! We will be back for more fun in the future 💪🏼

Hello world. Meet Cycle Forward, a hand cycling group aimed at reducing barriers to outdoor recreation. Hosted by Marquette University Neuro Recivery Clinic.

Cycle Forward is funded by the Craig Neilsen Foundation with a focus on serving those who have a spinal cord injury. Our group will be engaging in monthly rides.

Indoor spin classes will service the group through Wisconsin’s unpredictable and frigid temperatures until we hit the trails surrounding MKE. 🚲
