🍺ZIZANIA OF SHALLOW LAKES - 5.7% ABV
We partnered with our friends at the Badger B**r Report to team up on a collab using historical Wisconsin ingredients. This b**r is brewed with wild rice (zizania palustris) along with extra pale malt to let the flavors of the wild rice shine. You'll find yourself drinking a smooth pale golden l***r that reminds you of Praha, but with unique nutty flavors from the uniquely American ingredients. Available on tap now in the taproom, in four packs to go by Wednesday, and the official release is at the Lagerfest in Appleton on Saturday in the Badger B**r Report booth.

Bring your knowledge of all things b**r drinking and German and put your brain where your mouth is🇩🇪🍺. Lederhosen and Dirndls are encouraged.

-CZ CELESTE NEFILTROVANÝ 12º - Unfiltered Czech světlý ležák with Celeste hops
-ŘÍJENFEST 16º - Czech inspired oktoberfest b**r, served on a side pull swing lever faucet (garden only). Basically a polotmavé with Bohemian malts/yeast and elevated strength.
-OVESNÉ TMAVÉ 16º - Czech dark l***r with oatmeal for a unique creamy texture
-SILENTBARKER DOUBLE GINGER - Real fruit gluten free hard seltzer with apples, cranberries, and double the ginger

Czech style klobása along with other selections and sides straight from the garden with Chef Joel and the crew. Find the food tent in the garden.

🥁LIVE MUSIC at 3 and 5:
Find the Stallis cowboys with sets on the container stage in the garden at 3 and 5pm. The Stallis Cowboys are a locally grown organic grass fed music group They serve up gritty blues, folk-rock and spread their jam grass across multiple genres.

🍕WED - Detroit style pizza night with / Crops in the Kitchen. Place your order at the bar starting at 4pm for meat, cheese, or whatever garden special Chef Joel cooked up this week.
🏈THURS - We'll covert the taproom into a mini sportsbar (i.e. No Nerd Bingo this week), PACKERS game on with sound.
🍤FRI - will be outside from 4-9PM with latin-japanese fusion cuisine.
🇨🇿SAT - Czechtoberfest 2026 in the Crops on Top garden and Taproom plus Doors Open MKE building guided self tours! Doors Open 12-5, Czechtoberfest 2-7 with 3 Czech style b**rs (and more) in the garden, Czech style sausages, sides from the garden, and live music at 3 and 5 from the Stallis Cowboys in the container stage outside!
