I had a full circle moment today.

3 years ago my husband and I were struggling financially. We didn’t know where our next meal was going to come from. My sisters and family helped as much as they could, but I was still devastated. Then one my sisters suggested a food pantry. That night I searched for the nearest food pantry so I could get some groceries. There was one at the church up the street, I went almost every week for a few months to get food for the week. Today, I donated 40 cinnamon rolls to that same pantry that helped me for almost 2 years. As we drove away my eyes welled up with tears knowing that I am now okay enough to be able to donate to my church. Yes they have become our church and we go every Sunday. God, He gives, He takes, and He teaches you a lesson.

Small business is a dog eat dog world. There are people who will smile in your face and stab you in the back at the same time. But that’s okay because I know He’s got me and His plans are greater than those who try to tear me down and want me to fail.

Just a word of advice, we are all trying to make it. Instead of tearing someone down, lift them up and support them. Especially when you’re in the same small business field.
