On Friday, March 13, we had a shoot scheduled with the great to capture one of the rarest vehicles out there today – The 1930s Stout Scarab: The First Minivan – for Road & Track magazine.
 
From the internet: “It was extremely advanced, but with a steep $5,000 price tag (over $100,000 today), it never caught on commercially. Only about nine were ever built, and an estimated five still exist.”

It was also the no-power-before-big-event day, airing out that 100-year-old exhaust with all the huge doors open during a windstorm without heat. Vases and s**t flying everywhere: metal. 116 people prepared to rehearsal dinner in winter coats: metal. A nice day overall.

This Saturday, 1/31 and Sunday, 2/1 from 12 to 5: It’s A Dandy $5-$10-$15-$20 Liquidation Sale!

Now that we’re at the end of our Logistics Era™ - selling the house to move into an office to move into an apartment to move into another apartment to move into our house on Dandy - we want to get back to our Pre-Logistics Era™ when the store was more selective and easier to navigate.

In other words, we removed probably hundreds of items from the floor to put into a liquidation sale in back. Nothing will be over $20 and many things will even be under $5. Decor, Furniture, Everything.
