Grace Groups are a great way to get to know other people, build Christian friendships, experience life together, and apply God’s Word to your life.

A new session started on September 13, but it’s not to late to join!

Each group determines how often to meet over a six-week period. There are multiple groups, and any one of them could be right for your stage of life!

Another Great Grace Hike is coming soon; this time as an urban edition: “Ol’ Man River”. The east bank of the Milwaukee River has a surprising wealth of beauty, interest, and variety, yet it’s seen by so few.

See it for yourself with us on Saturday, October 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Trails through trees between two pretty parks, with history and mystery, plus a special surprise. And all this wrapped up with our Great Grace Friendly Fellowship!

Visit Grace Lutheran Church during Doors Open Milwaukee Historic Milwaukee, Inc.!

We’ll be opening our doors both days of Doors Open Milwaukee this year. Stop by on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Sunday, September 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to explore and learn more about our historic church.

Grace is once again participating in this event and needs your help...
This is a great outreach opportunity for many who visit our historic church. We’re looking for friendly greeters to act as building hosts and provide guidance - no historical knowledge is needed!
There are still numerous volunteer slots available for both Saturday, Sept. 26, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 27, 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Bible Study will resume tomorrow (Sunday, September 13)! Join one of the Grace pastors in the Grace Center Great Hall on Sunday mornings at 9 or 10:30 a.m.

Fall Bible Study theme (also in the graphic):
When asked which of his many writings should be preserved for future generations, Martin Luther only listed two: his catechism and The Bo***ge of the Will. Many Lutherans today are familiar with his catechism but maybe have never read Luther’s famous writing on the human will. This fall Bible study will explore the history behind this writing and allow participants to read and discuss some selections of it. All along, we’ll see how Luther points us to God’s grace in our salvation. Join us for the 500th anniversary of The Bo***ge of the Will and how it still impacts our faith today.
