A milestone worth celebrating in Fall River!

On September 30, students, staff, community members, and project partners came together to celebrate the completion of Fall River School District’s referendum-supported improvements with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Made possible by the community’s support of the district’s $9.85 million referendum, the project brought meaningful improvements throughout the school, including expanded Career and Technical Education and Agricultural Education spaces, reimagined Art classrooms, aquatics upgrades, and a new secure entrance.

The celebration was a reflection of the pride Fall River has in its schools and its continued investment in opportunities for students. PRA is proud to have partnered with the district and community to help bring these spaces to life.

We’re leaving this year’s LeadingAge Wisconsin Conference grateful for the conversations, connections, and partnerships that make this industry so special.

Thank you to everyone who attended the education session we presented with Catalyst Construction on The Art of Renovating Occupied Spaces, and to those who joined us for a fun evening afterward out at Titletown. It was a pleasure to spend time together and celebrate the people and organizations working every day to enhance the lives of seniors.

Until next year, LeadingAge Wisconsin!

A project years in the making has officially reached the finish line!

With the completion of the third and final phase, renovations and exterior improvements at the Ripon Public Library are now complete. It has been a privilege to work alongside the Ripon Library, the City of Ripon WI, and the entire project team to enhance a community resource that will continue to inspire learning, connection, and discovery for generations to come.

Congratulations to all on this exciting milestone!

PRA and Willis Smith Construction are proud to have earned Gold in the 4WALLS Building Awards for the Michael Saunders & Company Wellen Park Office and Silver for WassermanUlitsky Dermatology in Venice.

These awards reflect the power of collaboration, thoughtful design, and a shared commitment to creating spaces that inspire. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing these projects to life!

Creating the conditions for successful leadership was at the center of this year's conversations at the 2026 Fall Superintendent Conference.

We appreciated listening to superintendents share the opportunities, challenges, and priorities impacting districts today. We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators (WASDA) and listen, learn, and continue the dialogue that helps inform thoughtful, student-centered learning environments.

A tradition we look forward to each year. Thanks to everyone who joined the PRA bike ride and took some time to connect with coworkers, enjoy the ride, and make the most of a beautiful day. 🚲

We had a great time at YLA’s Co****le & Connections event last night! We may not have taken home the win, but we had plenty of fun connecting with fellow young professionals and enjoying a little friendly competition.

At PRA, collaboration, connection, and community are at the heart of what we do. Opportunities like this allow us to strengthen relationships beyond the workplace and stay engaged with the community we live, work, and design in.

Every connection is a foundation for better care.

At this year's Iowa Health Care Association Conference, Partners Andrew Bell and Larry Schneider, along with Senior Project Architect Jacob Bauer, spent time connecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones from across Iowa's senior living community.

Whether over supper, in the education sessions, or in a rousing game of Jenga at the evening mixer, we enjoyed the opportunity to strengthen relationships with the senior living leaders and vendor partners. These conversations provide valuable insight into the priorities and challenges provider organizations are navigating every day.

When passionate people come together, they create better outcomes for residents, staff, and the communities they serve.

Congratulations to Derek on reaching 10 years with PRA! 🎉

Over the past ten years, Derek has been integral to the growth and strength of PRA with his talent, dedication and positive influence on those around him. A sought-after leader in our Sarasota Office, he is committed to excellence in serving his Healthcare, Religious and Senior Living clients. We are proud to celebrate this achievement with Derek, and grateful to have him as part of the PRA team.

Behind every meaningful change is a community of people working toward a shared goal.

We're looking forward to joining providers, operators, and industry leaders at the 2026 LeadingAge Wisconsin Conference & Expo in Green Bay.

As this year's conference explores the theme of Change Makers, we're excited to be part of the conversations around creating communities that support residents, empower staff, and adapt to the evolving needs of aging adults.

Stop by booth #45 to connect with the PRA team!
