Partners in Hope is a Faith-based prisoner reentry program operated by @thecommunitywarehouse.org

Partners in Hope is a robust initiative focused on prisoner reintegration, committed to assisting individuals in their successful transition back into society. Initiated in 2018, our model borrows from the success of the Las Vegas initiative, Hope for Prisoners. We are a proud division of The Community Warehouse (CW), a non-profit organization based in Milwaukee that believes in creating opportunities for individuals with challenging backgrounds. Grounded in Biblical principles, our mission is to effectuate life transformation through the dignity of work while instilling faith, nurturing hope, and modeling love in life and work. We at Partners in Hope understand that the reintegration process does not have a fixed end date, and we are prepared to walk alongside our participants for as long as they need us. Our journey together commences with a one-week soft skills workshop, equipping them for the transition ahead. Following this, participants are given the opportunity to work in transitional jobs at CW's stores or with our partner companies. Integral to our initiative is the establishment of a strong support network for each participant. This network is comprised of mentors from diverse fields, such as law enforcement, faith, and business communities, in addition to peer-to-peer mentorship from carefully selected formerly incarcerated individuals. Daily training is provided on essential skills such as goal-setting, time management, financial management, fatherhood, and effective communication. As a voluntary, faith-based initiative, Partners in Hope places emphasis on core spiritual principles such as grace, hope, honesty, integrity, respect, and the dignity of work. Our ultimate goal is to assist our participants in achieving maturity in their faith and interpersonal skills, contributing positively to their community, attaining sustainable employment, securing stable housing, breaking free from addictions, and establishing positive family relationships. We welcome you to join Partners in Hope and be a part of our thriving community, which is dedicated to empowering individuals for a brighter, more stable future. Dear Community Warehouse Family,

As we enter the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for each of you, our staff, board members, mentors, partners, volunteers, customers, and supporters. Your dedication has made this year one of meaningful growth, stronger relationships, and transformation for the individuals and families we serve.
We’ve seen lives move forward, hope restored, and new opportunities open. I truly believe these moments are reminders of God’s grace at work through the kindness, compassion, and commitment you bring every day.
As we pause to give thanks, I’m reminded of 1 Thessalonians 5:18:
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
May this verse encourage you to reflect on the blessings, big and small, that have carried us through this year.
My prayer for you this season is simple: that your home is filled with peace, joy, and good fellowship. May this time of rest remind you of the many blessings in your life and the purpose behind the work we do together.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and thankful Thanksgiving!

With appreciation,
Classie Thompson-Jewell

On this special day, we want to express our gratitude for the incredible dedication, hard work and love you pour into everyone that you meet. Your faith, strength, and servant's heart have not only inspired those around you but have made a difference in our team and community. If you ever came down the 17 stairs at PIH for a cohort or Wednesday night huddle she is the first person to greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Nancy may God bless you abundantly this year, filling your life with joy, and peace. I pray that His grace continues to guide you in all you do, and that you always feel His presence and love. Wishing you a year ahead full of blessings, opportunities, and moments that remind you of the amazing impact you're making.
Everyone please join us in wishing Nancy Aliota a wonderful and blessed birthday!

Dear Community Warehouse Family,

What an incredible evening we had at "Hope Happens Here" event on August 15, 2024, at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield. With over 300 supporters in attendance, the atmosphere was buzzing with the energy of collective hope and transformation.

🎉 Event Highlights

The evening began with beautiful instrumental keyboard music by Tony Rhodes, setting a reflective and peaceful tone.

Franklin and Roz uplifted the audience with a powerful gathering song, "What a Friend," followed by a stirring rendition of "Amazing Grace" with full audience participation.

Elizabeth Murphy delivered a heartfelt thank you to our sponsors and introduced our CEO Classie Thompson, who shared inspiring ministry updates.

We were moved by the stories of transformation during the mentee panel, moderated by Phil Harvey, featuring the journeys of John Coburn, John Thau, and Steven Block.

Classie introduced Sandy, whose journey was deeply touching and shared through the collaborative voices of Cassie, Sandy, and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth wrapped up the evening with a thoughtful slideshow presentation and closed with an invitation to contribute, followed by a closing prayer that left everyone inspired.
