What can be done or is being done to uphold and highlight those values? Continue to plan additional activities, connections and recognitions that help strengthen those values. The more you do, the stronger the values become. Therefore, the stronger the culture becomes. School culture and climate does not have to happen by chance. You can be purposeful in your actions to keep your school's climate and culture strong."
