Neighbors In Action MN

Neighbors In Action is a group of volunteers who come together to take action on improving community safety in the East Lake Street and Northrop Areas of South Minneapolis. Neighbors in Action (NIA), a volunteer neighborhood group of residents, business owners, and others along the Lake Street corridor, was founded in the summer of 2017 by local residents. Our goal is to unite our community and enhance the quality of life by improving safety for all who live, work, relax, and play here by offering a welcoming, non-confrontational presence to counter the negative energy that so often seems to dominate our streets.
