📚 Growing Stronger Leaders at StuartCo

Our team recently came together for leadership training focused on strengthening our skills, learning from one another, and continuing to grow as leaders.

As part of our day, we also participated in Beads to Beat Cancer, creating beaded bracelets to be donated to local cancer treatment facilities. Each bracelet is paired with a handwritten note of encouragement for someone going through treatment. 💙🎗️

It was a simple but meaningful reminder that the impact we make can reach far beyond our workplace. At StuartCo, our core values-guide how we lead, support one another, serve our residents, and give back to our communities.

This August, StuartCo came together once again for our annual School Supply Drive, and we’re incredibly grateful for the generosity and community spirit shown by our team members, residents, and corporate office!

Together, we collected much-needed school supplies to support Simpson Housing Services and the Kids In Need Foundation , helping provide students and teachers with the tools they need for a successful school year. From backpacks, notebooks, and pencils to crayons, markers, and essential classroom supplies, every contribution helps make a meaningful difference.

At StuartCo, we believe that strong communities are built by people coming together to support one another—and our School Supply Drive is a wonderful example of that in action. 💙
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, helped spread the word, organized collections, and encouraged others to participate. Your generosity is helping students walk into the classroom ready to learn, grow, and succeed this school year!

🌟 MADACS Monday Nominee Spotlight: Tyann Sremcevic 🌟

Today, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on Tyann Sremcevic, Community Manager at The View, and celebrate her well-deserved MADACS nomination! 💙

Since stepping into her role in 2022, Tyann has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a true resident-first mindset, and an unwavering commitment to creating a community residents are proud to call home. Under her leadership, The View continues to be welcoming, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed.

Tyann’s leadership was especially evident during the community’s extensive balcony replacement project, which impacted every apartment and brought significant disruption for residents. Through it all, she maintained clear communication, coordinated vendors, anticipated challenges, and worked to minimize the impact on residents. Her efforts helped The View retain an impressive 80% of residents during the project while maintaining an outstanding 4.8 online reputation score. 👏

Beyond her success with residents and property performance, Tyann is also a dedicated team leader who recognizes and supports the strengths of those around her. She encourages growth, builds accountability, and creates an environment where her team can thrive.
