A big thank you to MN Multi Housing Association (MHA) for hosting another fantastic Golf Classic at Majestic Oaks Golf Club. Our Leadership Team had a wonderful time representing StuartCo, connecting with industry peers, and enjoying a little friendly competition along the way.

From great conversations to great swings (and some standout golf attire 😉), it was a day filled with teamwork, networking, and plenty of fun. We’re grateful for opportunities like these to strengthen relationships within the multi-housing community.

Please join us in welcoming Zac Gleason to the StuartCo team as our newest Portfolio Director! 👏

Zac brings more than a decade of multifamily property management experience, with a strong background in portfolio operations, financial performance, capital planning, team development, and resident relations. Most recently, he oversaw a portfolio of 9–15 multifamily and mixed-use communities totaling more than 8,000 units.

In addition to his industry expertise, Zac also brings an entrepreneurial perspective through founding and operating Hackamore Brewing Company, where he led a team of 35+ employees and managed all aspects of business operations. This experience further strengthened his leadership approach and ability to build strong teams and communities.

Since joining StuartCo, Zac has already made a positive impact with his detail-oriented mindset, collaborative leadership style, and people-first energy. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to all he will bring to the team.
