Hey! Maybe with Fall coming upon us, the change of seasons, the re-direction after summer, the maybe settling in a bit more after our summer spree ~ will lend desirability to the idea of fostering a dog. Perhaps it could be more palatible, more realistic, more do-able?

We are not sure, we can only hope and pray in rescue!

If you knew how many dogs (and cats! Can't even go there!) get put down all the time in various shelters and pounds, we would be collectively grieving all the time. It truly is a sad, sad, state of affairs.

We are begging for a few willing people out there, that could open up their home for just one. Just one life. Just one life that you will surely turn fate for, by fostering.

We do get tired of posting, and begging. We feel bad, like we are bothering or sometimes we get defeated, what is the point? It is not fun to be so aware of the need and be so limited or powerless.

Please considering opening your home to one dog. For that one dog you will make all the difference, and you will also create a space for the "next dog" to have a chance.

Thank you for considering. We can get/give more info on all the dogs below. They would get full vetting and can get transported here within a couple-to a few weeks. (So that gives you some time!)

These two black labs are in another state, but could be transported here. We just need a foster home for each of them (We don't expect them to "go together"), unless someone out there wants to foster two dogs!

These two Black Lab need rescue. The female in the two pictures with red background is kept in a crate in the basement for weeks at a time, she is very thin and when let out of the crate as sweet as can be just sits by you and gets close begging for attention. The male is chained outside with no attention and minimal shelter. Both are very skinny, especially the female.
They are 2 years old
Good with kids, cats, other dogs- they have smaller dogs and cats too that these dogs interact with and have no issues.
