No fluff—just an honest conversation about why we bought a 125-year-old building, how we evaluated the investment, what it actually cost, the mistakes we made, what we’d do differently, and how we turned one building into two revenue streams with our brokerage downstairs and a short-term rental upstairs.

Rize Realty is hiring a Director of Agent Success and Operations. Here’s what you need to know 👇🏻

This role focuses on making agents lives better, the office run smoother, and the reputation of Rize stronger.

You’ll help support our agents, elevate client experiences, improve systems, and play a big role in shaping the day-to-day energy of our new headquarters on Mainstreet in Hopkins.

And this part matters:

This office will be fun. Like actually fun.

People are in and out each day. Deals are happening. Music’s on. Coffee’s flowing. Conversations are loud. Wins are celebrated.

We need someone who doesn’t just fit into that—but elevates it.

The person agents are glad is there.

The person clients remember.

The person who makes the whole place feel more “Rize.”

A few details + responsibilities:
✔️ In-person at our new Hopkins HQ from 10am-2pm, M-F 
✔️ Part-time to start (with growth as the team grows)
✔️ Assisting with onboarding new agents
✔️ Host of the Office
✔️ Event Planning and Community Engagement
✔️ Commission Payouts and Quickbooks (trainable)

We spent $66,300 on windows…

And ain’t mad about it one bit.

Natural lighting is one of the best investments you can make. Not purely from a dollars standpoint but from an enjoyability of use standpoint. So we chose to spend a little more in this category and go with oversized front windows as well as add 3 large upper windows along the side and back wall to bring in as much sunlight as possible. (Along with plenty more windows upstairs for the AirBNB).

These lower level custom windows weren’t cheap obviously but we’re excited to see how it’s already transforming the space.

So if you’re ever given the option to go bigger on windows or add more, this is your sign to spend the extra money and start soaking in that vitamin D ☀️

What do we envision here?

This little nook area at our office has us scratching our heads a little bit and we need help deciding what do with it!

We already have another small lounge area for seating, kitchen / bar area, and a conference room. So we want to do something creative, useful, or unique.

Framing and electrical is underway at the new headquarters 🪜⚡️

This is the stage where you start to get a sense spatialy for the layout and feel.

The arch over the kitchen will be stunning. The conference room will have full glass and 14” ceilings. And the upstairs AirBNB will have beautiful cedar beams and stand-in shower.

This will be more than an office. It’ll be a gathering place for all things.
