As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the on-site representative of EAC’s Hardware Services team, delivering high-quality support directly at customer locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, execute break-fix repairs, and provide hands-on training for 3D printing hardware. With a strong technical skillset and customer-first mindset, you will troubleshoot issues in real time and resolve challenges efficiently, often in a single visit, across platforms including Formlabs, INTAMSYS, AMT PostPro, and Creality.
