J-Raffe Fabrication

Interior fabrication is coming along on the 67 Camaro. The owner likes his Mercedes so we fit these SL seats for him. The rear seat delete panel was brought forward to better fill in the space and create room for stereo components and some storage. Hand made aluminum door panels and armrests. Next up center console and trunk panels.

The C6 Z06 Racecar is just about complete. New carbon body is fitted, new custom inner wheel houses/ fender liners are being made for more clearance. Added a new quick fill for fuel and a cool suit for the driver.

When you need to check the oil or might need to change the engine! The fab shop did an awesome job creating a hinge set up that allows the hood to go full vertical. This keeps it out of the way of any work we need to do in between sessions.

The chassis is done for the 79 Hurst Olds project and being torn down for powder coating. Everything is pre fitted, stainless brake and fuel lines bent up and installed. Now time for the shiny stuff.

944 Champ Car racecar came in for a new weld-in DOM cage to replace the bolt-in cage that was in it.
Bit of a challenge to make it fit 3 different drivers with 10" of height difference but it came out great. Good luck to Lee and his team, can't wait to see it on track this spring!

Crazy to think we have been here for almost 10 years but as of today we closed on our new shop.
Moving into a new shop and over doubling our space. We are looking forward to the next chapter of J-Raffe Fabrication and what we will be building next!

We are finishing up the new space and will update new shop pictures in a couple weeks.
