Menagerie Rugby Club

We’re back home for round two against Scylla, and we’re ready for a little redemption. There’s no better place to get another shot than on our home pitch with our friends, family, and supporters there cheering us on.

We’ve heard it from the fans all season, this is some of the best rugby Menagerie has played in a long while. This team has shown just how much they’ve grown, connected, and evolved. So come see for yourself what 40 years of Menagerie Rugby looks like.

And when Friends & Family Day wraps up, we’re keeping the party going with a Mean Girls B**r Bust + Silent Auction! at Black Hart of Saint Paul (6PM-8PM)

Auction items shall be announced soon, so stay tuned for that! How much should one auction? The limit does not exist ☺️

The final score was 7-86, but the score definitely doesn’t not reflect the phenomenal rugby that was played.

We played some of our most connected rugby yet. We trusted each other, backed each other up, and played with a kind of chemistry that makes this team so special.
Every person made an impact. Whether you were playing a position you’ve played countless times or stepping into a new role at the last minute, you stepped up, put in the work, and helped made rugby so much fun to watch and be a part of.

This was a team effort through and through, but these stand-out performances couldn’t go without a little recognition:

Forward of the Match: Brink (4)
Back of the Match: Rae (13)
Rookie of the Match: Lana (5)

Scylla recognized our players for their stand out performances:
Forward: Jordan (7)
Back: Becca (12)

We’d like to recognize these Scylla players for a killer performance too:
Amy (23) and Loren (6)

A pretty special way to wrap up the first half of the season 💜

The roster is set, and we’re excited to take the pitch against some of the best in the league! It’s going to be a great opportunity to learn, grow, and have some fun!

Ta-ta 💜

We’ll take what we learned, regroup, reset and get ready for the next one.
Chins up Menagerie 💜
