Our team had a lot of fun at the Twin's Game on Tuesday night ⚾ A big thank you to NARI MN for hosting!

Happy first day of fall from Sawhill! 🍂 As the weather gets colder there’s nothing better than a cozy place to come home to. We love this remodel with warm oranges, rich browns and deep greens. At Sawhill, we’re committed to bringing your dream home to life, so every season is your favorite.

Ask Karen Johnson about a famous building and there's a pretty good chance she can tell you who designed it. Architecture isn't just part of her job as a Senior Designer at Sawhill—it's something
she genuinely loves.

That passion for great design carries into her work, where her favorite part is seeing clients enjoy the finished space and knowing it will have a lasting impact on how they live in their home. She's also inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and his willingness to experiment, take risks and evolve his style over time.

Outside of Sawhill, you'll likely find Karen working on a house project, gardening or enjoying a bluebird day on the slopes of Lake Tahoe. And with woodworking among her hidden talents, it's safe to say she's not afraid to get hands-on with a project.

We're glad Karen brings that same curiosity and creativity to the Sawhill team.

A kitchen that feels like you. That's always the goal.

These homeowners came to us with a vision for something a little more unique—colorful, personal and far from cookie-cutter. Their inspiration set the direction, and our entire team came together to bring it to life—from the first design ideas through the final details.

Hearing that the finished kitchen exceeded their expectations? That's the kind of feedback that makes our day.

Thank you for trusting the Sawhill team with your home. We hope you enjoy that beautiful, colorful kitchen for many years to come!

Game night? Don't mind if we do!

The homeowners of this Minneapolis lower-level remodel aren't exactly dreading colder temps. After all, chilly weather is the perfect excuse to head downstairs, pour a cocktail (or beverage of choice) and settle in for a round or two of their favorite games.

What was once an unfinished basement is now a 1930s-inspired entertaining space, complete with a custom Art Deco bar and plenty of personality.

If you’re looking for Doug Luebke, there’s a good chance you’ll find him in his garage. Unless, of course, he’s in the kitchen cooking something good.

As a Project Manager at Sawhill, Doug says his favorite part of the job is simple: making our clients happy. He also values the opportunity to pass along the knowledge and life experiences he’s gained over the years.

And he has plenty to draw from. Doug counts his Marine Corps career among his proudest accomplishments, while today, much of his inspiration comes from seeing the legacy he’s created and the impact he’s had on the people around him.

Experience, perspective and a genuine desire to make people happy! We're glad Doug brings all three to the Sawhill team.

Ready to handle the everyday and look pretty darn good doing it, too. 😉
