Another summer, come and gone! Let’s do it big for one last week! We’ve had so much fun on the White Squirrel Bar patio with all of you. We couldn’t ask for better patrons or a better partner for this summer residency. Thank you for keeping the vibes immaculate and getting very angry with us. 🖤🤬

SHALL WE TRY THIS AGAIN?! BACK TO THE NEW SUMMER TRUCK MENU! We were briefly interrupted while the truck was in the shop the last few weeks, but we’ve returned to the streets and are jumping right back into new menu fun. This one may be the most ridiculous item we’ve ever included on our truck menu and that’s saying something for us. It’s explosively flavorful and textural in the best ways. We’ve swapped the bun for a Bismarck donut and filled it with slow-roasted crisped pork belly, mustard caramel, cracklins, pickled mustard seeds, and pork fat aioli. Grab extra napkins and go crazy!!! Upcoming truck dates below:

Thank you so much to those of you who have continued to support us at our White Squirrel Bar pop up during this challenging time. The truck is officially back on the road and our regular schedule resumes tonight!! So damn excited to get back to work. 🖤🤬
