Paul Branin and Nick Fucile had a wonderful time connecting with other senior living and care professionals during the 2026 LeadingAge Wisconsin Annual Conference!

From kicking off the conference with Paul's presentation, "The Data Doesn’t Lie: How to Spot Trouble and Take Action for Improved Outcomes," to showing off Nick's shoe game on the exhibit floor, it was a great few days of learning and networking with industry colleagues. Last week, our managed communities had a wonderful time celebrating ! From crazy hair day at Dimensions Living Green Bay to a community-wide party at Lino Lakes Assisted Living, we are grateful to our dedicated team members who create meaningful moments and bring joy to residents every day. ♥️

Last week, we hosted an orientation for new Directors of Nursing and Wellness at our corporate office! Thank you to our new team members for bringing your talents and expertise to the HDG team, and to Wendy Kelly and Olivia Osei-Tutu for leading an engaging and informative training session. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect and grow together!

The HDG team gathered together to celebrate Lauren Roberts with a baby shower! From quizzing ourselves on classic Disney tales to enjoying delicious pizza, we are so excited for you and your expanding family!

This year’s theme, Shining Through the Years, honors the stories, wisdom, and joy our residents share while recognizing the important role assisted living plays in long-term care.

Lutheran Living Senior Campus and Dimensions Living Winnebago residents had an udderly adorable time making some new four-legged friends! From miniature horses and pigs to some very friendly goats, there was no shortage of smiles during their special visits! 🐴🐷🐐

As a National PACE Association Technical Assistance Center, Health Dimensions Group is proud to have supported more than half of the existing PACE programs over the past 20 years. This month, we celebrate the dedicated teams who make PACE possible and the meaningful difference they make every day. 💙

Today we honor the contributions of our nation’s workforce. We’re deeply grateful for the dedication, skill, and hard work our team members bring to HDG, our communities, and our clients every day. Wishing everyone a happy Labor Day!

Amber Rogotzke and Erin Shvetzoff Hennessey had the honor of visiting the Northern Nevada State Veterans Home to celebrate Dr. Tony Bruno’s incredible 105th birthday! Dr. Bruno was among the Home’s first residents when it opened in 2019 and has been a valued member of the community ever since. 🎉

Amber and Erin also represented HDG at the Veterans Art Garden Fundraiser, which raised more than $55,000 to support the garden’s expansion. More than 225 supporters came together for an inspiring evening, catered by Northern Nevada’s talented culinary team.

A special moment was seeing another resident, also named Tony, who turns 101 this weekend, dancing with the community supporter who helped champion the fundraiser after learning about his efforts to support the garden. ♥️

What a meaningful celebration of our veterans, community and the connections that make a difference!
